1. Disable Firewall and AntivirusTemporarily to fix Office error 30175-13

Microsoft Office error code 30175-13 while installing or updating the Microsoft Office may occur in case of Network or firewall restriction.

The network rules or firewall rules in the network or computer may block the installation of the Office program or its updating as a part of their security measurements.

These firewall rules and Antivirus are implemented on the computer by the network provider or the computer user on its core system or registry.

Follow the steps to disable the Firewall:

• Go to “System and Security” and click on Windows Firewall
• Click on turn windows firewall On or Off
• Select Turn Off firewall for both private and public networks.
• Try installing or updating Microsoft Office and check whether the Error code 30175-13  is fixed.

Disk Cleanup Method to fix Office error 30175-13

Step 1: Disk Clean-up

To delete files using Disk Cleanup

1. Open Disk Cleanup by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button. In the search box, type Disk Cleanup, and then, in the list of results, click Disk Cleanup.

2. In the Drives list, click the hard disk drive that you want to clean up, and then click OK.
3. In the Disk Cleanup dialog box, on the Disk Cleanup tab, select the checkboxes for the file types that you want to delete, and then click OK.

4. In the message that appears, click Delete files.

Step 2: system file checker (SFC) Scan to fix Error code 30175-13

Run system file checker: sfc /scannow

1. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search.
2. Enter the command prompt in the search box.
3. In the list of results, swipe down on or right-click Command Prompt, and then tap or click Run as administrator.

4. In the Administrator: Command Prompt window, type the following command and press Enter: sfc /scannow.

5. When the system scan is complete, run the below tool to remove office files from the computer.

The tool will appear like the below pic, click next and the tool will remove all the leftover files from the previous installation. Also, if you are on wifi network please switch to a wired network (Connecting LAN cable)

Once the tool finishes rebooting the computer if the tool asks for a reboot.

1. Login to http://office.com/myaccount.
2. Enter the username and password.
3. Click on the Install button
4. Click on the downloaded file and installation prepares.
5. Office installation will start after checking and preparing the configuration.
6. Once installation is completed, click on the All Done button.
7. Now, the Office Suite is installed and ready for use, and the error is fixed

Registry repair to fix Error code 30175-13

Error code 30175-13 also occurs due to registry corruption. It is required to repair the registry keys. We request you to back up the registry before initiating the registry repair as the registry is a highly sensitive element of a computer system and it is recommended to be done carefully.

Follow the instruction given below :

Step 1. Open registry editor
Step 2. Delete the preinstalled or older registry key which blocks the installation of the latest version or update.
Step 3. Navigate the below keys and delete them.

Step 5. Also, change the DWORD values in the below keys from 0 to 1 in Office common registry folder.
